- Look for the purchase receipt from JVZoo in the inbox of the email you used at checkout. It contains your access link.
- Check your spam, junk and "Promotions" folders.
- Still nothing? Email us with your name and the email you used to buy, and we'll send the link again.

If The Pulpit Vault isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
Payments are processed by JVZoo, so the refund goes back to the same card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
Billing questions
The Pulpit Vault is a one-time payment of $47. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. On your statement the charge may show as JVZoo or PULPITVAULT.
